1.1 layout fix

Just a little tweak. Realized my print version was laid out for an S fold, not a Z fold! Reorganized the columns appropriately. Also changed a few of the column headings: "Skin & Stars" to "Play," "Rolling" to "Roll," and "Demands" to "Drive." Otherwise, no changes to the content.
